The passenger car detection system uses nuclear radiation imaging technology to perform X-ray perspective scanning on the vehicle, reliably obtaining high-resolution and clear perspective images of the tested vehicle.
The image is clear, with high resolution and contrast, and can distinguish vehicles. The vehicle itself (such as fuel tanks, pillars, etc.) and on-board objects can see the dangerous items contained inside the vehicle, such as weapons, explosives, etc., and there are no observable blind spots, which can completely cover the entire vehicle.
The system deployment considers the convenience of on-site use. There is an operation desk at the entrance of the vehicle. The front-end guidance personnel are responsible for initiating the inspection process after the vehicle is ready and can observe the entire inspection process throughout. Once any abnormalities are detected during the inspection, the inspection process can be immediately stopped. After completing the interpretation of vehicle imaging images, the back-end vehicle image interpreter can communicate with the front-end guide through the console and provide the interpretation results through corresponding warning signals.
Advanced image acquisition and processing system. For the perspective images of the inspected vehicles, image processing algorithms suitable for vehicle inspection are adopted, and various image processing functions such as local magnification, grayscale transformation, and edge enhancement are developed to provide rich image processing functions for safety personnel to facilitate image processing and recognition.
Widely used in public security, customs, prisons, checkpoints, or temporary checkpoints.
Advanced image acquisition and processing system. For the perspective image of the vehicle being inspected, image processing algorithms suitable for vehicle inspection are used to develop a variety of image processing functions, such as partial magnification, grayscale transformation, edge enhancement, etc., to provide rich image processing functions to facilitate the security personnel to perform image processing recognition.
Stationary cargo & vehicle inspection system equips an electronic linear accelerator (Linac) and a new solid detector, which uses dual-energy X-ray and advanced material discrimination algorithms to achieve the perspective scanning and imaging of cargo vehicles, and the identification of contraband goods with less intrusion and disturbance.
The system can scan and imaging standard container vehicles and various box trucks. The system work on drive-through mode, the driver drives through the scanning channel directly with a speed in a range of 7km-15km. Compare with the traditional drag mode inspection system, the inspection speed was accelerated and the civil work is much less.
There are two scanning methods: dose switch scanning and automatic cab exclusion scanning. For dose switch scanning, both truck cab and cargo container are scanned, the scanning dose level automatic switch from lower to higher while scanning cargo container. For automatic cab exclusion scanning, only cargo container is scanned with a higher dose level.
The system is safe to inspectors and the public since the radiation shield wall was constructed along with the inspection channel, and it has been widely applied for the inspection of vehicles at customs, ports, public security organizations and the logistics industry.
